Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English.
• Remote work capability with internet access.
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions.
• Strong customer-service orientation with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including shifts (11AM–9PM EST).

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries.
• Review eligibility and co-premium issues with Benefits Enrollment team.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, research, and issue resolution.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding of needs.
• Manage caregiver requests within required turnaround time.
• Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely requests.
• Assist in projects to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Use decision-support tools to answer questions as needed.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and escalate when needed.
• Handle inbound calls and support projects as directed by management.
• Maintain knowledge of client requirements and contacts.
• Support other departments as directed by management.
