Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Member Service Representative for a remote, full-time, temp-to-hire role in the United States. You will be the first voice of Twin, guiding members from eligibility through enrollment, device setup, and scheduling, with a focus on resolving needs in a single interaction.

A healthcare contact center background is preferred; strong empathy, active listening, and comfort with multiple platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Talkdesk) are valued. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a healthcare contact center or similar role.
• Warm, clear, confident phone presence with active listening.
• Genuine empathy and patience, especially with health challenges or new technology.
• Experience across Salesforce, Zendesk, or Talkdesk is a plus.
• Coachability and motivation by clear performance goals and milestones.
• Dependability with consistent attendance and schedule adherence.
• Quiet, professional remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
• Ability to work full time during Contact Center hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00am–8:00pm EST).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier call center support and white-glove service.
• Own each interaction end-to-end, resolving needs in a single touchpoint.
• Guide enrollment, verify eligibility, and schedule visits and lab appointments.
• Walk members through device setup and troubleshoot sensor issues.
• Record interactions in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Talkdesk; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team initiatives.
