Novuskin Med Spa is seeking a Medical Assistant for a remote, full‑time/part‑time role. The position supports both clinical and sales activities, with duties ranging from client intake to explaining procedures and assisting during consultations.

Qualified applicants will have an active MA license, 1–2 years of sales experience, weekend availability, and English proficiency; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Proficiency with computers and electronic records is required.

Qualifications

• Current active MA license in the state.
• 1–2 years sales experience.
• Willing to work weekends and some holidays.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must type 35 wpm and read/write English well.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients by greeting them in person.
• Verify client information regarding medical history.
• Assist.
• Explain treatment procedures to patients.
• Prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist Providers during consultations.
• Prepare and administer injections as directed by physician or nurse practitioner.
• Assist Providers with sales of services and products.
• Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures offered.
• Obtain client before and after photos.
