Job summary

AirSculpt is seeking a Virtual Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our luxury medical practice remotely, with a West Coast time focus. The role requires bilingual capability and a proactive, client-centered approach to driving high-value aesthetic services.

You will leverage consultative sales techniques to understand client needs, coordinate with the medical team, and deliver a superior patient experience while meeting performance metrics and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or luxury services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using a CRM tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Able to work Pacific Time hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
• Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient’s journey.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
