Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator to serve expectant and new mothers across Central Maryland, including Baltimore County, PG County, and Montgomery County. The navigator will bridge the healthcare system with the community, building trusted relationships and empowering mothers with tools for a healthy, joyful pregnancy.

The role requires weekday shifts, occasional weekends, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation as a CHW or CMA.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong listening and communication.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person, educate on urgent maternal warning signs, preeclampsia, and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques prior to birth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and attend daily huddles.
• Document care interactions clearly and accurately to ensure coordinated support.
• Build trusting relationships with mothers and connect to community resources.
