Job summary

CAI is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) to provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish users. The role is remote, with hours 12:30am–4:30am EST on weekdays. You will handle password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ticket documentation.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in a service desk or customer service role, strong bilingual communication, and a High School Diploma or GED. An associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Must be bilingual in English and Turkish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT end-user support via phone, email, or chat.
• Reset passwords and troubleshoot hardware and software remotely.
• Document issues and escalate unresolved items with proper notes.
• Adhere to processes and record tickets with accuracy.
• Maintain service standards to improve customer experience.
