Job summary

CAI is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) to provide Level 1 IT support remotely, weekdays on a night shift (EST 12:30am–4:30am). The role emphasizes customer service, troubleshooting, and clear documentation for English and Turkish speaking users.

The position requires 6–12 months of service desk or technical support experience, plus 6–12 months in customer service. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a strong work ethic and delivery of high-quality

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Turkish (written and oral).
• 6–12 months in a Service Desk or technical support role.
• 6–12 months of professional customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, or chat for English and Turkish users.
• Reset passwords and troubleshoot hardware/software remotely.
• Document issues and escalate unresolved ones with detailed notes.
• Record, categorize, and close tickets with accurate information.
• Prioritize issues by impact and urgency to meet performance targets.
