Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years of sales experience in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening throughout interactions.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps or updates.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
