Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling).
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Ability to multitask while using CRM tools and quoting systems.
• High-speed internet (min speeds 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download; no hotspots).
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage and billing.
• Resolve questions with an active license and maintain professionalism.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products.
