Job summary

Voxidea is seeking experienced paralegals for remote support of U.S. immigration law matters. You will draft, file, and track visa petitions, affidavits, and motions while coordinating with attorneys and clients in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a paralegal in U.S. immigration, a law degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Clio or MyCase. This is a fully remote role, with international residency expectations and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a legal assistant or law clerk.
• Two years as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration firm.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file immigration documents, petitions, affidavits, and motions.
• Submit petitions to agencies and meet deadlines.
• Research immigration laws and case precedents.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Prepare and review immigration forms for visas and processes.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks and track deadlines.
