Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-approved law school required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and work independently.
• Experience with case management software preferred.
• Interest in immigration law and helping families.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, email, and storage software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls to answer legal questions and provide case status updates.
• Explain immigration processes and next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Review draft immigration applications per Senior Attorneys’ instructions.
• Identify, track, and edit documents before submission.
• Communicate edits clearly to team members.
• Meet daily goals on case reviews and client calls.
• Perform legal research on immigration topics.
