Qualifications

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication within the firm and with external contacts.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping, schedule meetings, and process applications.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and learn new software as needed.
• Support attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and gather supporting documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
