Mangone Law Firm, a New Jersey-based immigration firm, seeks a bilingual immigration paralegal and/or declarations writer to join a nationwide practice. You will draft client declarations, prepare packets, and conduct research while communicating clearly with clients in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately

Responsibilities

• Drafting and taking client declarations
• Packet Preparation: Prepare middle-role legal packets—including cover letters, correspondence, and forms—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details.
