Job summary

iQuasar LLC is seeking a Junior Help Desk Support Agent (Bilingual-Spanish) for a contract, remote role supporting English- and Spanish-speaking users across phone, email, and ticketing channels. The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent, at least two years of help desk experience, and Spanish bilingual proficiency.

US citizenship or permanent residency is required for security clearance, with strict adherence to SLAs and IT security practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of Help Desk or technical support experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency for customer support.
• Experience providing end-user support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with account administration tasks and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 front-line support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Verify accounts, perform password resets and unlocks per security procedures.
• Process MFA and token requests, activations and replacements.
• Triage incidents, service requests and route to appropriate teams.
• Administer user accounts in AIMS, PAS and related systems.
• Deliver bilingual support during all Help Desk hours and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot basics and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document activities and ensure SLAs are met while following procedures.
