Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues within client queues.
• Respond to patient/account holder requests in a professional, thorough manner
• Seek payment or payment arrangements on behalf of the client
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies in duties
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries as needed
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
