Job summary

Healthfirst Relationship Coordinator supports Medicare Advantage and MLTC programs by educating referral sources and prospective enrollees. The role requires clear product knowledge and handling multiple PHI systems in a paperless call center.

You'll schedule appointments, track leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with field staff to meet daily and monthly goals while maintaining strong customer service and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and an additional language.
• Member / Customer Service experience.
• 8.5 hour shift availability within listed hours.
• Capability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Tech Savvy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of cultural differences and needs of the community.
• Ability to handle fast-paced priorities while meeting quotas.
• Experience communicating with leaders via virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls per SLAs and educate callers.
• Create/follow up LTC Leads in Salesforce for up to 90 days.
• Create/follow up Personal Care requests for the Mainstream population.
• Respond to calls per approved scripts and schedules in Salesforce.
• Search Medicaid eligibility in ePACEs and CMS eligibility in Marx.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly growth goals and quotas.
• Coordinate with State broker for initial evaluations.
• Schedule SHP Intake Nurse and HF/CompleteCare appointments in Salesforce.
• Document calls, outcomes, and special instructions in Salesforce.
• Coordinate fulfillment kits and materials for prospective members.
