Advantmed is hiring a Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team to support remote health assessments in the United States. Immediate availability, hourly rate $15-17 with PTO and health benefits, and a requirement for English/Spanish bilingual proficiency.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound call work to schedule no-cost in-home health assessments, with emphasis on excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
• Outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing and pleasant phone demeanor with strong communication and diction.
• Strong time management; multitasks well in a challenging environment.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and growth-minded.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits (no-cost In-home Health Assessments).
• Learn customer needs, address issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Respond to callers clearly, explaining options and ensuring customers feel supported.
• Engage in active listening, confirm information, and diffuse upset customers as needed.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and teammates.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Strive to meet call center metrics while delivering excellent service.
• Make product/service recommendations that fit client needs.
• Participate in training and develop knowledge about the company and role.
• Be available on camera for meetings when required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.
