Job summary

Advantmed is seeking a Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team, operating remotely within the United States. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule no-cost in-home health assessments, while meeting metrics and maintaining excellent customer service.

A Windows 11-capable device and stable internet are required, with immediate availability and an hourly rate of $15–$17 plus PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in outbound sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with clear diction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits (Member Engagement).
• Answer or make calls to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments.
• Address customer needs, complaints, or service issues and provide solutions.
