Job summary

Advantmed is seeking a remote Contact Center Representative to support the IHA Scheduling Team. The role focuses on scheduling no-cost In-home Health Assessments and delivering a professional, customer‑centered experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality. The position offers an hourly rate of $15‑$17 plus PTO and health benefits, with immediate start and US remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with outbound sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and clear diction.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits.
• Address customer needs, complaints, or service issues with clarity.
• Respond to callers with empathy and explain options.
• Build relationships with customers and team members using scripts and tools.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering consistent service.
• Participate in training and be available on camera for meetings when required.
