Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Recruiter to join a global confectionery and snacking company. This is a full-desk, embedded role covering full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, remotely based out of Guadalajara or Monterrey, Mexico.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers to source and build strategies, and maintain a healthy high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven full cycle recruiting experience, not just sourcing.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills.
• Experience working in a 100% remote role is preferred.
• Based in or near Guadalajara or Monterrey, Mexico.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and sourcing strategy.
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-moving environment.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish as part of a global process.
