Senture is seeking motivated individuals for remote customer support roles that involve handling inbound and outbound calls. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Atlanta, GA area due to required in-person clearance.

The position offers a base pay of $16.61/hour, plus a Health & Welfare stipend of $5.36/hour. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED and be prepared for a comprehensive background investigation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or at least 3 years of permanent residency required.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality customer service on inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document and update customer information in internal systems.
