Job summary

Managed Care & Enrollment Services is seeking a bilingual remote CSR to join the Customer Service and Enrollment Support team. You will respond to enrollment questions, educate clients on managed care, and help them complete enrollment steps.

This temp-to-perm role requires two years of customer service experience, strong communication, reliability, and basic computer skills. Shifts run Monday–Friday with weekend hours posted; compensation is $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience or experience dealing with the public.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions while staying courteous.
• Reliability and readiness to be available at the start of business.
• Computer skills including typing ability and comfort using programs during training and day‑to‑day work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enrollment services calls, answer questions, mail information when requested, and refer callers when issues arise.
• Educate clients on managed care and help them understand plan options.
• Assess clients’ health care needs and assist with choosing a health plan.
• Support enrollment and disenrollment by receiving, sorting, and reviewing forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Raise concerns or problems to the Central Operations Supervisor and perform managed care education and enrollment services when call volume warrants.
