Job summary

Manpower is seeking Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support enrollment services and managed care education for the New York Medicare program. You will handle enrollment inquiries, educate clients on options, and guide health plan decisions from a remote call center.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish or other preferred languages, strong customer service, and the ability to work with flexible hours. Training is provided in a busy, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of human services experience or experience dealing with the public is required.
• Prior customer service experience is required; call center environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enrollment services calls, answer questions, mail information when requested, and refer callers when issues or concerns arise.
• Educate clients on managed care and help them understand their options.
• Assess client health care needs and assist clients in choosing a health plan.
• Assist with enrolling and disenrolling in health plans, including receiving and sorting enrollment/disenrollment forms.
• Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness, raise concerns to the Central Operations Supervisor, and perform managed care education/enrollment services when call volume warrants.
