Job summary

Canon Canada seeks a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to support onboarding and ongoing account success. You will monitor milestones, generate health reports, and coordinate with Sales to deliver high-value support while enabling growth.

The role is 100% remote with standard business hours, requiring French and English proficiency and at least 1 year in customer service. Salesforce CRM experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer service or advisory role.
• Basic analytical skills to understand customer issues and identify resolutions.
• Ability to connect data from multiple sources to inform actions.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data entry and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Coordination: Facilitate transition from Sales to Service using standardized checklists.
• Milestone Reviews: Conduct check-ins at 3, 6, and 12 months to document service levels and friction points.
• Lifecycle Monitoring: Track lease and parts-life data in CRM to trigger proactive outreach and renewals.
• Experience Reporting: Create and share Customer Experience Report Cards with internal teams.
• Inbound Internal Support: Be the primary contact for Sales for status updates on installations or health.
• Post-Installation Follow-up: Conduct surveys to verify customer satisfaction with the setup.
• Auditing: Verify and update account contact information and business requirements.
