Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Spanish or French) for remote, contract-to-hire roles supporting auto loan and lease insurance needs. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, verify information with insurers, and resolve documentation issues.

This is not sales or collections and emphasizes customer support and problem resolution. Training is remote, with a CST schedule during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English or French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in call center, retail, hospitality or administrative roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 14 outbound calls per hour.
• Contact customers regarding insurance-related discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist customers in resolving insurance documentation issues.
• Verify insurance information with agencies and providers.
• Document interactions and maintain records in internal systems.
• Follow scripted messages when unable to reach insurance representatives.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a phone-based environment.
