Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This remote role supports members and providers and reports to the Concierge Operations Manager.

The position is open to candidates residing in Florida, with occasional travel for team meetings and events. The role pays $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with up to a $1.00 per hour bonus after bilingual assessment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency reading, writing, and speaking.
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
• 6+ months of healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools.
• Interact with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across channels as needed.
• Manage an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality.
• Build working relationships with partners across the organization.
• Support leadership by identifying issues through escalation pathways.
• Monitor health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely turnaround.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Comply with operating, regulatory, and PHI privacy standards.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
