Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand processes, procedures, and tools used in Oscar's business model
• Interact with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across channels
• Manage an assigned caseload maintaining service, productivity, and quality
• Support leadership by identifying issues via escalation paths
• Monitor health of WIP issues and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in process improvement projects
