Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to assist our Spanish-speaking clients during the 2026/2027 tax season. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role that provides customer service, product questions, and troubleshooting to help customers confidently navigate their tax filing experience.

You will join a remote team serving Florida and other states; prior call center or technical support experience is preferred.

TaxSlayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to support our growing Spanish-speaking customer base during the 2026/2027 tax season. In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients by providing exceptional service, answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers confidently navigate their tax filing experience. You will not be doing taxes for our clients.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Must live in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee only.

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Seasonal Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish), you'll be the voice of TaxSlayer for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers. You will provide outstanding customer service, technical assistance, and product support while helping customers successfully complete their tax filing journey. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak tax season.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.


• Translate and explain product features, tax software functionality, and troubleshooting steps in both English and Spanish.


• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience for customers of diverse backgrounds.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat


• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary


• Maintain accurate customer records in the support system

Required Qualifications

We are specifically seeking candidates who:

• Are fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)


• Can professionally communicate with Spanish-speaking customers


• Have previous customer service, call center, technical support, or tax-related experience preferred


• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred


• Previous customer support or related experience


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
