EXL Health in the United States is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll handle calls, update policy information, stay current on products and regulations, and document interactions while collaborating with teammates.

This remote role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing health services company.

Competenze

High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
Proficient PC skills with Windows, MS Office, and online systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; healthcare or insurance experience a plus.
