Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, 2+ years in related fields, and certification targets to be achieved within 6 months. Training is fully remote, equipment provided, and shifts are 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, finance, case management or social services.
• Must be computer literate and type at least 25 wpm, with phone-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling over the phone in a call center setting, upholding the counseling model.
• Present options and help clients select solutions suitable to their situations.
• Capture data and interactions using the organization's CMS platform.
