Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for interactions with diverse customers.
• Outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone demeanor and clear diction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits (no-cost In-home Health Assessments).
• Address customer needs and resolve issues; provide clear solutions and ensure customers feel supported.
• Respond to callers and diffuse difficult situations with active listening and empathy.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates; use software/tools effectively.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering high-quality service.
