Job summary

Advantmed is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team. This remote position based in Puerto Rico requires eligibility to work in the United States and offers an hourly rate of $15–$17 depending on skills and interview performance.

The role focuses on scheduling health assessment visits, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering high-quality customer service. Training and camera-enabled meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
• Outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing and pleasing phone personality with clear diction.
• Good time management and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits.
• Learn about and address customer needs, complaints, or service issues.
• Explain possible solutions clearly and ensure customers feel supported.
• Engage in active listening, confirm information, and diffuse upset callers when needed.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates based on trust.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Aim to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent service.
• Make product/service recommendations that fit client needs.
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities.
• Be available on meetings on camera when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
