You will collaborate with clients and the support team, handling disputes and striving for timely closures. Strong communication and organization are essential. Remote position with a nationwide scope.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls.
• Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement.
• Create a sense of urgency for non-paying debtors.
• Work with Client Support to resolve disputes and maintain professionalism.
