Job summary

Fiesta Health LLC seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide families from referral to enrollment. This remote, full-time position is phone-first, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication and a warm, empathetic approach to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will coordinate appointments, collect insurance details, verify requirements, and help build scalable onboarding processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in phone-based outreach, intake, scheduling, or onboarding within healthcare or service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with warm, empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage high outreach volume.
• Natural problem-solver with judgment and creativity to remove obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for families from referral through enrollment by phone.
• Proactively collect information and documents needed to move cases forward.
• Explain and assist with insurance verification, authorization, and documentation requirements.
• Schedule, confirm, reminders, and reschedule appointments to prevent gaps.
• Identify and resolve barriers delaying service start (insurance, transport, paperwork).
• Maintain accurate records of all family interactions in company systems.
• Help build repeatable onboarding processes and contribute to team training.
