Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

• Ability to multitask across multiple windows and computer applications.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with patients and provider offices in English and Spanish.
• Schedule follow-up appointments based on patient preferences and availability.
• Review patient charts to understand follow-up recommendations.
• Verify insurance coverage using online tools and resources.
• Send and receive medical records by fax.
• Write clear notes in English on scheduling preferences and call outcomes.
• Manage daily workload independently and support teammates when needed.
