Qualifications

• Applicants must reside in El Paso, TX
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology

Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address changes or cancellations
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients
