Lever, Inc. is seeking a Big Data Innovation Product Manager to lead an Innovation Team responsible for discovering and validating the next generation of Big Data products and features.

You will identify new market opportunities, deeply understand customer problems, validate hypotheses through customer discovery, prototypes and MVPs, and transform promising ideas into scalable product concepts. Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience with Big Data, AI/ML, AdTech/MarTech or Data Products.
• Experience with B2B products.
• Strong Lean Startup, Design Thinking and discovery methods.
• Hands-on customer interviews, hypothesis validation and experiments.
• Experience launching prototypes or MVPs and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct CusDev, interviews and market research to validate needs.
• Build and prioritize a hypothesis backlog aligned with growth.
• Define experiments and success metrics for hypotheses.
• Design, launch and evaluate prototypes/MVPs for feasibility and desirability.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Analytics and Biz teams.
• Prepare concepts and docs for handover to Core Product Teams.
• Monitor trends and technologies for future opportunities.
• Foster experiment culture and rapid learning.
