Job summary

Kyivstar is seeking a Big Data Innovation Product Manager to lead an Innovation Team focused on discovering and validating the next generation of Big Data products. You will identify market opportunities, validate hypotheses through customer discovery, prototypes and MVPs, and transform ideas into scalable concepts.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX and Analytics to build the future Big Data product portfolio and prepare concepts for handover to Core Product Teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience with Big Data, AI/ML, AdTech/MarTech or Data Products.
• Experience with B2B products.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Thinking and product discovery methods.
• Experience in customer interviews and validating hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery to identify new market opportunities and customer problems.
• Conduct CusDev, user interviews and market research to validate needs.
• Build and prioritize a hypothesis backlog aligned with strategy.
• Define experiments and success metrics for hypotheses.
• Design, launch and evaluate prototypes and MVPs to validate feasibility and potential.
• Analyze customer feedback, product usage and metrics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Analytics and Business teams.
• Prepare validated concepts and business cases for handover to Core Product Teams.
• Monitor industry trends and technologies to identify future opportunities.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning.
