Job summary

Morning Consult is hiring a Product Manager to join the Product & Engineering team. This execution-first role partners daily with Engineering to turn priorities into a strong backlog, write tickets, and unblock work. You’ll work in ambiguous spaces and help bring clarity and momentum across two engineering teams.

We value self-starters who are curious, proactive, and collaborative. 3–5 years of relevant experience is ideal, with room to grow into more strategic ownership and client-facing work,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Able to work across engineering, design, and data teams to ship outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own a clean, prioritized backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering on solution design and iterative releases to deliver value.
• Set up productive planning and refinement by coming prepared and organized.
• Track metrics to determine if a feature is working and what’s next.
• Proactively surface risks and blockers before they turn into issues.
