Lever, Inc. is partnering with a Spain-based team to hire a Senior Data Analyst across multiple teams. You will work at the intersection of data, product, and machine learning, turning large datasets into actionable insights and guiding product decisions.

You will design experiments, define metrics, and build dashboards using SQL and Python, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving using data to address business questions.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and large-scale datasets.
• Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization).
• Understanding of A/B testing and core statistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and large datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities.
• Design, run and analyze A/B tests and quantify impact on metrics.
• Define, validate and monitor metrics for UX and business outcomes.
• Build dashboards and tools to support decision-making across teams.
• Translate findings into actionable product improvements with stakeholders.
• Investigate funnels, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Apply SQL, Python and distributed data systems to process data.
• Contribute insights across domains including recommendations, search, and retail media.
• Explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
