Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Bid & Opportunity Lead to own the end-to-end bid process across public sector and framework opportunities. The role offers remote work with occasional travel to Manchester, and the chance to shape bid coordination, compliance, and submission processes while collaborating with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.

You will lead the full lifecycle, craft bid plans, coordinate contributions, and ensure high-quality tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading bids and tenders in a professional services or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework agreements.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and document management skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience producing high-quality, compliant tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission.
• Develop bid plans, manage timelines, and coordinate contributions from internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, edit, and quality assure tender responses for compliance and quality.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and manage bid activity through to submission.
• Maintain bid trackers, registers and library of standard responses.
• Coordinate post-submission activities, including clarifications and presentations.
• Support mobilisation and onboarding activities following successful contract awards.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and bid reviews.
