Job summary

Remoat Teams seeks a contract-based bid specialist to manage end-to-end government and public-sector tender responses. You will own the lifecycle from opportunity through submission, crafting clear, compelling content and ensuring timely delivery for opportunities across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in US/Canada/UK/AU/NZ procurements, strong English writing skills, and comfort using AI writing tools to edit and refine dense technical material.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record writing winning government tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or ITTs.
• Direct experience in US, Canadian, Australian, NZ, or UK public procurement.
• Excellent written English with the ability to make dense technical content clear and compelling.
• Proven ability to bid/no-bid calls and manage submissions to deadline.
• Fluent with AI writing/research tools and disciplined about editing rather than shipping raw output.

Own our public-sector bid pipeline end-to-end and turn government tenders into seven-figure wins.We build financial-transcription infrastructure used by courts, regulators, and enterprise legal teams. Public-sector procurement is becoming a major channel for us across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.This is a contractor role, part-time around live opportunities, with a clear path to a larger or full-time engagement as the pipeline grows. You'll work directly with leadership and own the full bid lifecycle.Must have:Demonstrable track record writing winning government/public-sector tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or ITTsDirect experience in at least one of US, Canadian, Australian, NZ, or UK public procurementExcellent written English with the judgement to make dense technical content clear and compellingProven ability to make sound bid/no-bid calls and manage submissions independently to deadlineFluent with AI writing/research tools and disciplined about editing rather than shipping raw output
