Job summary

One Legal, a division of InfoTrack, is seeking a Manager, BI & Revenue Analytics to lead analytics strategy across Product, Sales, Marketing and Revenue Ops. You will translate business questions into actionable insights, define frameworks, and build dashboards with SQL and Power BI.

This is a fully remote position based in the United States, requiring strong leadership and the ability to work with Data Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing business intelligence, analytics, or data professionals.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including experience writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and reusable reporting logic.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards that directly support business decision-making.
• Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or other commercial stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI to develop reporting and dashboards that support business insight and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements, presenting findings, and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, roadmap planning, coaching, and team development skills.
• Preferred: Experience with data warehouse structures and data modeling concepts.
• Preferred: Experience building SQL views, reusable analytical datasets, or reporting models.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and reporting.
• Preferred: Exposure to NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or campaign performance measurement.
• Preferred: Exposure to ETL/ELT tools and modern data integration platforms.
• Preferred: Experience working in a multi-entity or cross-functional environment.
• Preferred: Exposure to Python for data analysis, automation, or transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics roadmap, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a small BI/analytics team.
• Establish standards for analytical quality and stakeholder engagement.
• Review deliverables and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage team workload and priorities with evolving business needs.
• Foster data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
• Remain hands-on by owning key analytical initiatives alongside leadership duties.
