Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI strategy and analytics across sales and commercial operations. This remote role drives Power BI reporting, data quality, and CRM governance to enable data-driven decisions that grow revenue.

You will partner with finance and operations to deliver scalable analytics, manage incentive programs, and continuously improve data quality and forecasting accuracy. A challenging, impactful role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management.
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboards, data models, SQL, KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to support sales organizations and drive revenue performance.
• Experience improving pipeline visibility and forecasting quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence sales and exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Commercial BI strategy by owning Power BI reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to support revenue growth and forecasting accuracy.
• Govern commercial data ecosystems across CRM, ERP, pricing, customer, product, and opportunity data to ensure trusted reporting and analytics.
• Drive CRM/commercial systems roadmap, enhancements, integrations, workflows, and standardized processes.
• Partner with commercial, finance, and operations leaders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Manage the sales incentive compensation program, including planning, tracking, reporting, and analytics for accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Identify data, process, and system gaps; address root causes of reporting inconsistencies and improve forecasting reliability.
