Job summary

One Legal, a division of InfoTrack, seeks a Manager, BI & Revenue Analytics to shape analytics direction and lead a small team. You will own reporting frameworks, leverage SQL and Power BI, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role combines hands‑on analytics with people leadership in a fully remote setup for US residents, excluding AK and HI. A strong track record in business intelligence and stakeholder partnership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years in BI/analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency and complex querying.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting for decision‑making.
• Experience with Sales/Marketing/Revenue Ops stakeholders.
• Power BI proficiency and data warehouse familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics roadmap and team performance.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to reflect requirements in data models and pipelines.
• Develop reusable datasets and reporting assets for cross‑functional use.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to meet stakeholder needs.
• Present insights to executives with clear, data‑driven storytelling.
