Job summary

Vizient, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Senior BI Analyst to interact with stakeholders, design data models and dashboards, and ensure high-quality reporting. You will develop Power BI and Excel-based reports from PSA data, maintain data integrations, and handle data quality across projects.

The role is a full-time, telecommute position based in the U.S. HQ in Chicago, IL with domestic travel as needed. A Master’s in Analytics and 3+ years in BI tooling are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field is required.
• 3+ years creating Power BI/Tableau reports and dashboards with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• 3+ years Excel expertise including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• 3+ years SQL for data extraction/transformations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to define BI requirements, dashboards and data extracts.
• Design, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel from PSA data and other sources.
• Ensure data quality and availability; monitor SLAs and triage data issues.
• Manage integrations and resolve errors between systems (e.g., Workday and Kantata).
• Provide ad hoc data pulls and analyses as requested by the business.
