Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a BI Developer / Data Analyst to mine, model, and analyze data to deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights. You will automate processes, build dashboards, and support long-term RF/video performance analytics for hybrid terrestrial/satellite delivery systems.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in data analytics, strong SQL, Azure, and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau). This remote, long-term role requires US work authorization and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, BI, analytics, and database architecture.
• Experience with RF and/or video monitoring and analysis for broadcast/video delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Azure, SQL, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Create templates, automation workflows, status reports, and system configurations.
• Build scalable data models to support reporting and BI initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Monitor long-term RF and video performance of hybrid delivery systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Use Dataminer/Qligent or similar tools to support performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels clearly and concisely.
