Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a BI Developer/Data Analyst to mine, extract, model, and analyze data from financial and operational sources. You’ll build templates, automation workflows, and dashboards while enabling long-term RF/video performance insights for hybrid delivery systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong business acumen, and expert use of Dataminer/Qligent platforms. This is a long-term, remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, BI, analytics, and data architecture.
• Experience with RF and/or video monitoring and analysis for long-term performance.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Dataminer or Qligent is preferred.
• Proficiency with Azure, SQL, and XML.
• Strong ETL/ELT skills and data modeling abilities.
• Ability to create Power BI and Tableau dashboards and visuals.
• Strong collaboration and requirement interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create templates, automation workflows, status reports, and system configurations.
• Build scalable data models to support reporting and BI initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Monitor RF and video performance of hybrid delivery systems over time.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
