Job summary

mSupply seeks a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI solutions that translate enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work with the Gold data layer, develop semantic models and dashboards, and enable self-service analytics across HVAC, plumbing, and appliances units.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, DAX, data modeling, and collaboration with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure governance, and deliver scalable BI solutions in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI development with Power BI, including semantic modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL proficiency across relational and lakehouse data.
• Experience building star schemas and row-level security.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear visual narratives.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build semantic models, datasets, and DAX measures.
• Connect Power BI to the data platform using Direct Lake and endpoints.
• Collaborate with product owners to define KPIs and visuals.
• Optimize performance with aggregations, refresh, and efficient patterns.
• Govern Power BI workspaces, pipelines, and access control.
• Create reusable datasets and document analytics workflows.
