TherapyNotes, LLC is seeking a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. You will transform raw data into interactive dashboards and reports, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and deliver clear insights for stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize data models and ETL pipelines, ensure data accuracy and security, and mentor end users through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing BI/analytics solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to boost BI development productivity.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, including transformations and performance optimization.
• Connect Power BI with SQL databases, Excel, and cloud data services.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and access controls across reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and optimize report performance, usability, and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate Power BI development.
• Provide documentation, guidance, and training to end users.
• Continuously enhance reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Support analytics initiatives and data governance.
